Do I have to make a bank deposit and open a special account for depositing the registered capital?

It is not always necessary. From 1 January 2021, the law allows the s.r.o. companies, whose registered capital (i.e. the sum of shares of all associates) does not exceed CZK 20,000, to redeem the pecuniary shares of associates in a way other than to a bank account. So, a visit to the bank is cancelled. We will provide you with further information at a personal meeting.
