What documents do I have to prepare for the meeting about the establishment of a new s.r.o.?

Primarily, prepare your valid identity card and an extract from the Criminal Record of the executive, not older than three months. If you do not use our main office, then you also need the Consent to the Location of the Main Office with the official certification of signatures of all property owners and the original extract from the Land Register of the premises where you intend to take up the main office.
