What is the lowest capital a company must have?

From 1 January 2014, for Ltd., the minimum share of one associate, i.e. the minimum registered capital is newly set at only CZK 1. However, we recommend choosing the capital of at least CZK 1,000 or, for example, CZK 10,000.
